theEnablerhasbeensuccessfullyinstalled.

Avalanche Enabler Configuration Package

YoucanconfiguretheEnableratthetimeofinstallation.However,ifyouwanttoconfigure

theEnablerafteritisinstalled,youcanusetheAvalancheEnablerconfigurationpackage.

Usingtheconfigurationpackage,youcansetconfigurationsanddeploythemtoyourdevices

fromtheAvalancheConsole.(ThepackagemustbedownloadedfromtheWavelinkWebsite

andaddedtoanAvalanchesoftwareprofile.)

ThissectionprovidesinformationontheAvalancheEnablerconfigurationpackage,including:

• AddingtheAvalancheEnablerConfigurationPackage

• ConfiguringtheAvalancheEnablerConfigurationPackage

• DeployingtheConfiguration

Adding the Avalanche Enabler Configuration Package

AddtheAvalancheEnablerconfigurationpackagetotheAvalancheConsolebeforeyoucan

configuretheEnableroptions.Onceinstalled,youwillhaveaccesstotheconfigurationutility

fortheEnabler.

YoucaneithercreateanewsoftwareprofilefortheEnablerpackageoraddittoanexisting

profile.Stepstocreateaprofileareincludedintheseinstructions.Ifyouareaddingapackage

toanexistingprofile,skiptostep8.

NOTE:InordertousepackageutilitiestoconfigureapackagefromtheWebConsole,you

musthaveacurrentJREinstalledonthecomputerwhereyouareusingtheWebConsole.

Avalanchewilldownloadthepackageutilitytothelocalcomputertoallowyoutoconfigure

thepackage,andthensaveyourchangestothepackage.

To add a software profile:

1 FromtheProfilestab,clickNew Profile.

TheNew Profiledialogboxappears.
