To install:

1 SavetheEnablerfiletoacomputerwithActiveSyncorWindowsMobileDeviceCenterand

double-clicktheEnablerexecutablefile.

AWelcomedialogboxappears.

2 ClickNext.

TheLicenseAgreementscreenappears.

3 ClickI Agreetoagreetothelicenseagreementandcontinueinstallation.

4 TheChooseComponentsscreenappears.IfyouwanttoconfiguretheEnablerbefore

startingtheEnablerservice,makesuretheConfigure the Enablercheckboxisenabled.

ThiswillopentheEnablerConfigUtilitybeforetheinstallationcompletes.ClickInstallto

installtheEnabler.

5 Thefilesareextractedandinstalled.IfyouselectedtoconfiguretheEnabler,theEnabler

ConfigurationUtilitywillappear.ConfiguretheoptionsasdesiredandthenclickOK.You

mustclosetheConfigurationUtilityinordertocompletetheinstallation.

6 Wheninstallationisfinished,theCompletescreenappears.ClickFinish.

Licensing

TheEnablerdoesnotrequirealicensetofunctiononthemobiledevice.Youcaninstalland

usetheAvalancheEnablerwithlimitedfunctionalitywithoutobtainingalicense.

However,eachmobiledevicethatreportstoamobiledeviceserverrequiresalicense.

LicensingmobiledevicesismanagedthroughtheAvalancheConsole.Formoreinformation

aboutlicenses,refertotheAvalancheuserguide.Toobtainlicenses,contactWavelink

CustomerService.
